Our Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years, unless they are promotional vouchers. Promotional vouchers will show the expiry date on them. 

Is my Eden Spa Voucher valid to use at The Bathhouse?

If you have a physical voucher that displays Eden Spa and The Bathhouse, then it can be redeemed here at The Bathhouse. If you have an E-gift Voucher for Eden Spa, it must be redeemed at Eden Spa.

Can I use my voucher on products?
