ARRIVAL

So you don’t miss a minute of indulgence, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time, in order for you
to complete your consultation form and prepare you for your appointment. Quick, the mini bar is waiting for you.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointment is reserved just for you, so if you do wish
to cancel, we require notice before 48 hours. If you do cancel or reschedule outside of the 48 hours, your deposit will remain on your file until you're ready to rebook your appointment. We do not offer refunds. If you do cancel within the 48 hours, a cancellation fee of 50% of your appointment will be applied. A solution to this would be to try and find someone to go to your appointment in replacement of you.

Arriving late to your appointment will also limit your treatment time. No show appointments will incur a 100% fee of the total cost of the appointment.

GROUP BOOKINGS

Group bookings of 5 people or more require 7 days noticed to cancel or reschedule. If a group booking is cancelled within 7 days the 100% full payment will be taken and no refund will be provided.

A 50% booking fee is required to secure the reservation. The remaining 50% balance is due 7 days prior to your event. If you do need to cancel or reschedule, please do so prior to the 7 days before your booking, WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS a credit will stay on your file. Please kindly note, that if a group booking (the whole group or 1 person) is cancelled within 7 days there will be no refund or credit provided.Cancellation within 7 days or no show will result in 100% of the total booking amount being forfeited. 

ENVIRONMENT

For the relaxation and enjoyment of all our guests, we ask that you switch mobile phones to silent in all areas, to avoid all
of those Instagram notifications buzzing out loud. Please don’t forget to bring your comfiest bathers and to keep the noise 
to a minimum.

SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS

For your safety and comfort, please inform your therapist
of any health conditions you may have, so we can customise your treatment accordingly. If you suffer from allergies, physical ailments or are a pregnant babe, some treatments may not be suitable. We suggest consulting your doctor before booking.

FOOD

We do NOT allow external food or drinks on the premises, you may be asked to leave if food or drinks are brought into the venue.

Gift Voucher Policies

All treatment specific Gift Vouchers will say the dollar amount of the treatment, rather than the name of treatment. This is due to new Gift Voucher laws - As Gift Vouchers are now valid for three years, there is the possibility that the specific treatment may change price or no longer be offered within a 3 year period. Hence, the dollar value is on the treatment specific Gift Voucher, so it is still valid should this arise.

  • "Gift Certificates", "Gift Vouchers", "GV", "Gift Card" & "Vouchers" all mean the same.
  • All treatment specific Gift Vouchers will say the dollar amount of the treatment, rather than the name of treatment.   • Refunds cannot be made on Gift Vouchers
  • Gift Vouchers are ONLY valid towards The Bathhouse services and excludes Retail Products
  • As of 31st March 2018, your Gift Voucher is only redeemable and valid within 3 years of the purchase date.
  • After 1 year has passed, you will not be able to book in for treatments on a Saturday. You must then book treatments within Monday to Friday. 
  • We do not extend Gift Vouchers past their expiry date.
  • To redeem your Gift Voucher you must present it at the time of your appointment, and quote it when booking the appointment, otherwise we will not be able to hold the booking for you.
  • You cannot redeem your Gift Certificate for cash.
  • Gift Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, so please make sure you store it somewhere safe as they are treated as a cash transaction.
  • A Gift Certificate number & Credit Card details must be provided at the time of booking in order to hold the booking.
  • Please specify if you are using a Gift Certificate when booking a treatment otherwise Credit Card Payment will apply.
  • In the case of a price increase, Gift Voucher holders will be asked to pay the additional balance of the service received.

Age Policy

Clients between 16 and 18 years of age, must be accompanied by an adult. No entry of Children and Babies Policy. Whilst we love our children, it is important you organise a sitter for them prior to you leaving for your treatment. Our Clientele come to our bathhouse for relaxation, peace and quiet. Our clientele want to have an enjoyable experience taking in our unique ambiance. We appreciate your understanding. In addition, no children are covered under Spa insurance policy - the Salon & Spa environment can pose risk to young children.
