Our wellness classes are designed to help you move, reset, and reconnect from Aerial Yoga and Yin Aerial Yoga to Mat Pilates, 9D Breathwork, Yin Yoga with Sound Healing, and our signature Silent Sounds sessions.
We recommend booking your class at least 48 hours in advance, as our timetable may be adjusted based on demand to ensure the best possible experience for every guest. If your plans change, we kindly ask that you allow enough time to reschedule or cancel your class so another guest can enjoy the space.
