Looking to visit us here at The Bathhouse in Douglas Park? We are just as excited to have you! But first things first... let us help you understand how we work along with some housekeeping rules and information you should know before your stay with us.

What to Expect
A locker will be provided for you on the day to place your personal belongings in. You will also receive a towel during your stay. If you are having a treatment, a robe will be provided for you. Please bring your own slides or thongs that are non slip to wear on the day. Due to safety requirements, it is important to wear your footwear around the facility. If you are enjoying a Soak Session only, robes can be hired for $5. Please note, We are not responsible for the misplace of personal belongings so please don't forget to check your robe pockets before leaving. We offer 'change & rinse' bathroom facilities with complementary body wash, shampoo and conditioner. To keep the water in the hydrotherapy spas as clean as possible for your own enjoyment and hygiene, all guests must shower beforehand to remove body oils, make-up, sunscreen etc. Failure to do so will result in the water turning murky and disrupting the pH levels. Anyone with long hair must have it tied up before they get in the spa, and heads must not be under the water at any stage. Extra towels and robes are available for hire for $5 each.

What to bring
All you will need to bring is your bathers, a spare change of clothes and an extra towel if you feel you will need it! A hat and sunnies are recommended along with your mobile phone for super cute pics. Please refrain from brining outside food and beverages as we have a menu you can order from during your Soak Session.

All Day Soak Session
If your package includes an 'All Day Soak Session' your treatment times will be scattered throughout the day. Please let us know at the time of booking if you need to finish at a certain time so we can schedule your treatment times accordingly.

Consultation Form
48 hours prior to your appointment, you will receive a text message or an email with a link to a consultation form. Please fill this in before arriving.

Parking
We have a small space at the front of the venue for parking however, there is lots of street parking available for you!

Checking In
Once our spa concierge checks you in at our reception desk, you will be taken through on a mini tour of the bathhouse. You will be shown to your locker, your soak facilities, bathrooms and where to meet if you're receiving enjoying a treatment.

Late check out
Your check in and check out times are specified to you upon your arrival and confirmation. If you wish to extend your Soak Session, please advise our team and we can upgrade you. We do offer 1, 2 hour and all day upgrades to extend your relaxation time.

Cancellation Policy
cYour appointment is reserved and dedicated just for you. If you do wish to cancel or reschedule, please do so before 48 hours, your 50% booking fee will be non refundable. Group bookings greater than 5 people, there is a 7 day cancellation policy. Arriving late to your appointment will also limit your treatment time. 
WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS a credit will stay on your file when you cancel outside of 48hrs notice period.

Age Policy
The Bathhouse does not permit infants or children under the age of 16. Children under the age of 18 will need to be accompanied by an adult to use the facilities and must be accompanied at all times including during treatments if booked in.

Additional Information
If your package includes an all day soak, your treatments will be booked accordingly throughout your stay. If you did need to leave The Bathhouse at a certain time, please advise us at the time of your booking and not on arrival.
We have a menu of light refreshments and beverages that you can order during your soak session. If it does rain during your stay, no sweat, all of our facilities apart from our plunge pool are undercover. And besides, you’ll be getting wet in the water anyway right?

Group Bookings

Group bookings of 5 people or more require 7 days noticed to cancel or reschedule. If a group booking is cancelled within 7 days the 100% full payment will be taken and no refund will be provided.

A 50% booking fee is required to secure the reservation. The remaining 50% balance is due 7 days prior to your event. If you do need to cancel or reschedule, please do so prior to the 7 days before your booking, WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS a credit will stay on your file. Please kindly note, that if a group booking (the whole group or 1 person) is cancelled within 7 days there will be no refund or credit provided.Cancellation within 7 days or no show will result in 100% of the total booking amount being forfeited.
